Wappari exists because no system gives AI agents broad-spectrum conversation memory. We built one.

Why Wappari exists

Wappari was built because no existing system gives AI agents broad-spectrum conversation memory. Wappari provides it - one continuous conversation record, built from every shape a business interaction takes, that an AI agent can actually reason across. We built it on WhatsApp first, because WhatsApp was the easiest place to prove it.

Here’s what that actually means. Every AI agent is only as good as the data it can see, and right now most agents are working from fragments - a transcribed call here, a WhatsApp thread there, a typed-up meeting note somewhere else. A phone call has a shape. A voice note has a different one. A document, a meeting note, a text message - each carries its own shape, and shapes that don’t match can’t be reasoned about together. “Multichannel” tools show you those fragments side by side, in their original shapes, but nothing analyzable flows between them - the only thing that crosses from one to another is whatever a human happens to write down afterward. A compression, made from memory, after the fact.

So we convert everything to one shape first. Text, attributed to agent or customer. Once a call, a document, and a message all carry the same shape, they stop being five things to reconcile and become one continuous record - broad-spectrum conversation memory, readable end to end by one AI agent instead of five separate tools each handling a piece.

Why we started on WhatsApp

WhatsApp had three things nothing else offered together. An API, first: a direct line from the conversation into a backend, so we could build the shape-conversion pipeline against real traffic from day one. Once that pipeline existed, extending it outward wasn’t a redesign - it now runs against call centre calls and meeting recordings that have nothing to do with WhatsApp at all. Mobile numbers, second: already how a customer shows up almost everywhere else - a phone call, an SMS, a system of record - so we could recognise the same customer instead of starting from zero at every channel. And the range, third: WhatsApp already carries nearly every shape a business conversation takes - text, documents, photos, voice notes, phone calls - natively, on one surface, instead of us having to collect those shapes from five separate systems first.

What this looks like today

Most businesses use WhatsApp to tell customers that something is happening somewhere else. Your application is being reviewed. Your booking is confirmed. Click here to upload a document. The customer still has to leave - a form, a portal, a phone call, a laptop they may not own - and every one of those handoffs is a place people give up. Wappari removes the handoff. The conversation the customer is already in becomes the place the work gets done.

Who this is for

Wappari is for any business - small business and enterprise.

That’s why we built it. If it fits what you’re doing, start a conversation.
